各種申請書の提出をお願いします
Please submit the various application forms.

2026年度の利用申請をされた方は、桂結事務局まで押印済みの申請書を提出してください。
（6/30までに申請された継続申請書も受け付けています）
If you have applied to use the facilities for the 2026 fiscal year, please submit the stamped application form to the Katsura-Yui Secretariat.
(We are also accepting renewal applications submitted by June 30.)
